Boomer Jerritt has been involved in the Photographic industry for the past 18 years, he graduated from the Western Pacific Academy of Photography, the recipient of the Freeman Patterson award, he is an instructor at North Island College’s professional Photography program and leads phototours and workshops throughout Vancouver Island.  Presently, Boomer contributes to All Canada Photos, Getty Images, AGE Fotostock and various other stock agencies.  Many of his images can be found in the Tourism Vancouver Island, as well as BC Magazine, Westworld, BC Business and a myriad of other publications.  Boomer has completed his 2nd Coffee-table book with Harbour Publishing on the Campbell River and Discovery Island region.

When The sun Goes Down..the fun begins!

The camera's innate ability to record the world in front of it takes on new and exciting possibilities when combined with the late evening and night time opportunities that exist after the sun goes down.  Star Trails, mixed, artificial lighting, painting with light and conceptual and imaginative imagery will be explored in this fun and enlightening lecture by Vancouver Island based commercial Photographer Boomer Jerritt.
